In response to the rapidly evolving COVID-19 outbreak, we are informing all of our clients and prospective clients about the actions we are taking to keep you as well as our community healthy. We are committed to our clients' health and want you to know the proactive steps we have and still taking to not only help clients but to do so in a manner that adheres to the best practices from the Center for Disease Control ("CDC"), World Health Organization ("WHO"), and our local authorities and experts here in Fort Bend, Harris and Brazoria Counties. Top Level Counseling is offering Telehealth as requested and limited in-person sessions are available on a case-by-case basis.
From the perspective of ensuring sanitary and thoroughly disinfected areas, please note the following:
- We are using cleaners and disinfectants around all common areas.
- All personnel are washing their hands with soap and water between clients.
- We have limited the waiting area to only 3 people at a time.
